Annotated meshesGeneral informationThe meshes were generated from the micro-computed tomography data. The meshes use tetrahedral elements coloured based on the thickness of the myometrium. The thickness values were computed from the segmentation of the micro-computed tomography data and normalised by the weight of the animals.ContentsThere is one mesh for each stage of the estrus cycle in a .vtk format.
