This dataset joins the LINZ NZ Parcels dataset with Taupō District Council's rates database, displaying the Valuation ID, Certificate of Title, Rates Unique ID, Legal Description & Supplementary Legal information for a LINZ Parcel ID. Duplicate parcels ID’s represent cases where the parcel is attributed with two or more rating Valuation ID’s.
