Raw_fastq_and_keys

Contains the raw fastq files resulting from sequencing (SQ0742_S5_L006_R1_001.fastq.gz and SQ0858_CD32AANXX_s_5_fastq.txt.gz), and tables with sequencing identifiers for each sample (translation_table.csv and key.txt).
