NZQA’s role is to ensure New Zealand qualifications are valued as credible and robust, both nationally and internationally. We do this through our work to improve the qualifications system, strengthen educational quality assurance of non-university tertiary education and enhance senior secondary school level assessment. Learners of all ages, whānau, teachers, educators, iwi and industry all depend on NZQA to support their aims.
