Tidal stream panel data points (Hydro, 1:4k - 1:22k)

A tidal stream (or tidal current) is an alternating horizontal movement of water associated with the rise and fall of the tide caused by tide-producing forces. Approximate tidal stream rates may be given as discrete rate values at a specified interval before or after a high water.
