ABSTRACT
This report is an output of the last Research Area (RA), the “Critical Friend” component, whose role is to support the other four research areas and their teams towards to the satisfactory completion of their tasks, and the fulfilment of the aspirations of the Oranga programme. We have sought input and engagement from each of the teams to define and refine measures of progress and impact. And the realisation of “impact” is what Māori communities (and funders) expect and deserve.
