Tararua FAZ Faultlines

Fault Avoidance Zones (FAZ): Fault traces have been mapped to develop FAZs, which include buffer zones either side of the active faults at a scale that is suitable for district planning. The FAZ acts as a flag for people to pay additional attention when developing a site or undertaking new building work in that area.
