Strata (OpenData)

This entity describes the occupation of Land when the ownership is subdivided into a Unit Title or Cross Lease. It is a component that contributes to a Rating Unit.This does not need a Status as it only holds current records, never proposed etc. When deleted, gets Archived.It is spatially abstracted to an area and may include complex geometries.Entity Type: Concept
