RCEP - Operational Area of Port of Timaru

Boundary of the Operational Area of Port of Timaru as shown in Map 5.2 of the Canterbury Regional Coastal Environment Plan (RCEP) 2005.

Operational Area of a Port means an area defined as an Operational Area of a Port by Schedule 5 ( Definitions of Areas and Sites ) of the RCEP. Such areas are defined for the Ports of Lyttelton and Timaru, and are the areas within which vessel mooring and berthing and cargo handling activities generally take place. (Refer to Schedule 5.11 RCEP)
