Overland Flowpath Overlay - Draft District Plan (DDP)

An overlay spatially identifies risks which require management in a different manner from underlying zone provisions. Overland Flowpath Overlay Layer for the WCC District Plan Flooding maps. This layer has been generated using depth and speed results from the Wellington Water hydraulic flood models for WCC catchments, along with engineering judgement. Overland flow paths represent the predicted path of stormwater as it flows over the topography.
