Oceanographic Mooring (CTD, Currents) at Kamb Ice Stream (KIS2), West Antarctica, 2021-2022

Data target a major subglacial outlet river emerging from beneath the Kamb Ice Stream (KIS). These data were used to determine both the role of water beneath the ice sheets and the ice-ocean interactions that take place once this water emerges into the ice shelf cavity. This mooring is set to sample twice every hour over the coming years.
