The Legislation and Regulation capability zone is about setting set the scope, defining the problem, consultation, using evidence, to develop and improve legislation and regulation. This includes project management of the development. Acts and Legislative Instruments are administered by government agencies which are identified in the Act or Legislative Instrument. All Acts and Legislations can be found on www.legislation.govt.nz and involve all elements described in the Business Reference Taxonomy.

Changes: New CLR.00 Legislation and Regulation capability zone added from splitting the CLP.00 Legislation and Policy capability zone into two: (1) CLR.00 Legislation and Regulation capability zone. (2) CPO.00 Policy capability zone. Added: - CLR.13 Legislation and Regulation Enforcement which was previously CSD.09 in the Customer Service Delivery capability zone. - CLR.14 Regulatory Stewardship. - CLR.15 Legislation Administration.
