CBC.01 Business Change Strategy capability area
Developing a business change strategy includes a comprehensive assessment of current and new processes, technologies, people, and resources. Most modernisation strategies are about responding to changes that new technologies cause in our daily lives, individual businesses and organisations, industries and various segments of society. These changes are not brought upon us by the technologies themselves but by people. The ways people use and experience new technologies can have very unexpected consequences. It is important for the success of a modernisation strategy to put people and processes above technology.
