CBC.02 Business Change Planning capability area
Business Change planning starts at the top of the organisation with strategic goals, objectives, and planning. All strategic decisions have an impact on the organisation and the organisation will have to adapt to achieve those strategic goals and objectives. Modernisation planning is the capability to plan the different changes within the organisation and to make sure they are all aligns with each other so the predicted outcomes are achieved with as less destructive impact to the whole organisation.
