Common Business Capabilities - capability zones
This is the BETA release June 2024 of the GEANZ Common Business Capabilities (CBC) - capability zones. Business Capabilities here refer to a government organisations' ability to use a combination of people, process, data, and technology to deliver to outcomes and outputs for stakeholders. Common Business Capabilities are those that we find are needed by most or even all government organisations. The highest level are the capability zones, which contain capability areas.
BETA Release June 2024. Changes: CCM.00 Crown Māori Relations added as a new capability zone. CPL.00 Policy and Legislation split into 2 after consultation with DPMC. Now we have: - CPO.00 Policy Capability Zone. - CLR.00 Legislation and Regulation Zone. CSD.00 Service Delivery split into 2. We now have: - CCS.00 Customer Service Delivery. - CCP.00 Customer Product and Service Management. Removed CDS.00 Data and Information Sharing capability zone and added to Data and Information Management. Removed CII.00 Integration and Interoperability as this would fit within the ICT capability zone. CBC.00 Business Change Management was CMC.00 Modernise and Change.
