CCO.00 Corporate capability zone - capability areas
Corporate capabilities are needed for any organisation whether it is a corporation, government, non-government, or not-for-profit. They are also known as enterprise capabilities, or back-office capabilities. The processes to support corporate capabilities are generally well understood and are largely standardised and the people skills are readily available.
