CCS.00 Customer Service Delivery capability zone
These are generic customer service delivery capabilities that government organisations need in order to provide the specific service delivery capabilities need to produce the required outcomes.

CSD.09 Legislation and Regulation Enforcement moved to the CLR.00 Legislation and Regulation capability zone. New CSD.09 Product and Service Management (redirect) added.
