DP Zone (OpenData)

This entity describes the land use activity boundaries as identified in the District Plan. The zone is defined by type and code (eg. Cultural 3 (Schools) and code CU3, Open Space 3 (Metropolitan Facilities) and code O3, Special Purpose (Hospital) and code SP(HOSP), etc).This entity is intersected with RatingUnit to enable generation of property condition comments.It is spatially abstracted to an area.Entity Type: Place.
