This entity describes the area adjacent to or near a Plan Change.The area has been identified by City Planners as the area containing properties requiring notification as potentially affected by a Plan Change.At the initial 'Draft' status, the data is only available internally to CCC via the entity table.At the time the Plan Change is notified, a change is made to the LegalStatus within the DPPlanChange feature.At this point the extent of the indirectly affected area is displayed at property level via SmartMap and the District Plan Property Search.Once the Plan Change is operative (or withdrawn) the (vwOpenData) no longer exposes the record to external systems, Portal, REST etc.This entity is intersected with RatingUnit to enable generation of property condition comments.It is spatially abstracted to an Area.Entity Type: Place
