This entity describes an area that has been drawn up by a Planning Engineer in the Network Planning Team within Greenspace. The purpose of this shape once intersected with the DPFloodManagement feature class is to derive fixed floor level information which can then be linked to affected properties to dictate the required minimum floor level heights for those properties.
