Census Tenure of Household for people in households – ethnicity by 2018 Territorial Authority

This is a customised request of tenure data from 2018 Census. The 2006 and 2013 Census data has also been provided, re-based to 2018 Territorial Authority and Auckland Ward boundaries.

Note, these figures are for people in households ie, describing all of the people who live in a household within which at least one of the household members owns the dwelling they’re occupying eg, parents, partners and children would all be included as owner-occupiers if at least one of them owned the house.

Individual homeownership data is found elsewhere and is limited to those who are 15 years and over and noted as specifically being the owner-occupiers eg, only the person or persons in the house who owned it would be included, any other occupants, including children over 15 are categorised as non-owners.
