Earthquake

Earthquakes are the result of forces deep within the earth's interior. Sudden breaks within the upper layers of the earth can break the surface, resulting in ground vibration, which where strong enough will cause the collapse of buildings and the destruction of life and property. Earthquakes often trigger landslides, tidal waves and tsunamis.
