Python scripts for analysing data
The following five python files for running the analysis are compressed: (1) paramsMod7.py defines the model and parameters; (2) startMod7.py initiates the model; (3) mainPigs.py calls the appropriate scripts; (4) basicsModule.py sets up the data; and (5) empiricalPigs.py runs the MCMC
