Data Format.
- Date : YYYY-MM-DD; representative last month of annual quarter. Day precision is not important.
- Area_Name : Name of Territorial Authority
- Area_Type : Type of area, default as TA
- Mortgage Affordability Index : indexation of mortgage affordability
- Deposit Affordability Index : indexation of deposit affordability
- Rent Affordability Index : indexation of rent affordability
